Terms of Service

This website and platform (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Trés Media AB, org. no. 559471-3579, Åhusgatan 5, 214 38 Malmö, Sweden (“Trés Media”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) on behalf of yourself or the business you represent, and you confirm you have authority to do so. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Access to the Service is restricted to Trés Media’s staff and invited clients and partners under their agreements with us. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access as described in section 8.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own internal business purposes. You may not (i) sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Service; (ii) copy, modify or create derivative works of it; (iii) reverse engineer any part of it except where permitted by mandatory law; (iv) use it to build a competing product; or (v) access data of another customer without authorization.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data in connection with the Service. Data deletion requests are handled as described on our data deletion page.

The Service connects to third-party platforms — including Meta’s advertising APIs — with the authorization of the business that owns the relevant account. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Access granted to us can be revoked at any time in the relevant platform’s settings.

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Trés Media or its licensors; these Terms transfer no ownership rights. Data belonging to a client remains that client’s property. If you give us feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid to us for the Service during the six months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law. Any service levels or remedies agreed in a separate client agreement with Trés Media take precedence over this section.

These Terms apply while you use the Service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service, or suspend or terminate your access, if you breach these Terms or where our agreement with the client through which you were invited ends. Sections 3–7 and 9 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified by email or a notice on the Service, and continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by the Swedish courts, with Malmö District Court (Malmö tingsrätt) as the court of first instance — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
